| Introduction | I have a PhD in Anthropology (with a specialty in Mesoamerican Archaeology), a tenure track position, a beautiful wife and little daughter, and an addiction to donuts. I've lost over 100 lbs since June 2014, but still have another 100 or so to lose. I've staggered my way through nine sprint triathlons and several 5Ks all while weighing well over 300 lbs. I typically think about Star Wars several times per day for no particular reason. |
