About Me

I used to be a picky eater. Well, that's an understatement. I used to subsist solely on olives. Then I gradually added toast. Then I tolerated white rice. Over the years, I've even made way for spinach. Now I love to cook, but there are still things I won't eat. Shellfish. Sweet potatoes. Sweetmeats. Anything that's still breathing and moving. It drives me nuts when people use the same cutting board for raw meat and the rest of the meal. Ugh. Oh, and I love to write.
