Introduction	Ryan Walsh is the author of The Sinks (winner of the 2010 Mississippi Valley Poetry Chapbook Contest). His poems have appeared in Ecotone; FIELD; Forklift, Ohio; Ink Node; Narrative and elsewhere. He received a B.A. from Warren Wilson College and an M.F.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. For several years, he has taught in the University of Michigan's New England Literature Program, and he currently works at the Vermont Studio Center.
