| Introduction | I am a Certified Natural Chef and Nutrition Educator of Bauman College in Berkeley, CA. I did further training at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, on an organic farm. I also interned at Chez Panisse in Berkeley, Alice Water's heralded restaurant that started the local foods movement. I have studied Herbalism and Chinese Medicinal Cooking.
