About Me
I'm a librarian with over a dozen years in the food biz - I wanted to be an artist and came out of college with a BA in art history - obviously the perfect background for years of restaurant work. I went to grad school to become a librarian when my kids were little because the long hours, low pay, and hard work in restaurants did not let me spend enough time with them. I learned a long time ago that my cooking said more to people than my art, and cooking for people is one of my most favorite things to do, so currently I am working on various cooking, food writing, and food photography projects, that I hope will lead to my next career after librarianship.
