| Introduction | Since high school, my not-so-secret fantasy was to open up a small-town bakery. Since college (all 3 years of it to date) my anything-but-subtle passion (and major) has been nutrition. Whenever I can escape my studying, I try to mix these two interests - no matter how at odds with each other they may seem - in an attempt to teach myself how to cook and bake. |
