Editor and Director of Hockey Operations, The BREAKDOWN, Becker, Minn.: Before being named editor, Tim provided content and support to The BREAKDOWN for the past four years on a freelance basis. He was also the sports editor/writer/photographer for the Wright County Journal-Press in Buffalo (Minn.) for six years. During his stint, the Journal-Press won three straight awards for Best Sports Reporting among weeklies over 5,000 by the Minnesota Newspaper Association. Tim has also covered high school sports and collegiate football and women’s basketball at the University of Connecticut for the Meriden (Conn.) Record-Journal. He got his start freelancing for the old VarsityOnline.com website.
