| Introduction | Collecting can be fun and a learning experience. Let me pass on some wisdom I've learned the hard way. 1. Make sure YOU own a collection of firearms. Not a COLLECTION that owns you. Firearms are things. It's people that are important. 2. Never use credit card to buy firearms unless you already have the cash in the bank. That makes buying too easy and you will rack up debt fast. 3. Collect what you want and enjoy it how you want. Don't worry about it's monetary value for your heirs. My Dad's firearms are cheap in value, but they are priceless to me because they are dad's. 4. Most importantly, enjoy your firearms. |
