| Introduction | Professionally trained and experienced in Social Communication. Post graduated studies of Human Development Administration and Social Welfare Management. I possess the organizational management knowledge and experience necessary to create and develop an organization’s identity. I am able to generate strategies to assess the business environment and develop components that can contribute to the strengthening of corporate values, and the appropriate projection of the institution. In this manner, a capacity to create a genuine change of culture in the organization can be obtained. In turn, this allows me to address processes from my academic and professional experience, with the sole purpose of efficiently contributing to achieving the goals set forth from the organization to the stakeholders. To achieve maximum results I apply my specialized skill set which includes emotional intelligence, social communication, strategic planning, negotiation, conflict management, and the development of indicators of change management. |
