| Introduction | My name is Ridwan,i'm indonesian,,,from the island of java i was grow-up in a little town,about 25 km from Bandung the capital city of west-java. since i was teenager i always help my parents to cook,just to help them out after their busy day at the traditional market,,,so cook is my things,since i was young :) our food is very basic, we eat rice everyday,,,,yes everyday, is like a bread in western world :) I didn't like cheese until I come to the US.Cheese is to western for us,but guess what ??? cheese is a part of my cooking list now :) I blend with asian taste i like to cook and try something new,,, I like to cook anything except pork !! i'm just like to stay in the kitchen after grilling at work :) cook is my passion,,,,and one more thing,the way I cook,i never measure ingredients recipes,just eyeball it,,and taste it unless if I have to bake ,defenitely i need mesurements :) so,,,,,i need to write down recipes before i posted here,make sure is right :) |
