About Me
Welcome to my blog world! I am happily married and the proud daddy to four children. Our oldest child, Helena, was diagnosed at the age of 3 with autism. Like many parents, after the shock wore off we tried many different things in an effort to help Helena. We found that for Helena the biggest improvements occurred when we placed her on the GFCF diet. We feel so strongly about the benefits of this diet that all of our children eat gluten free casein free. In 2005 we moved to Montana, the Last Best Place. We love living in Missoula, a family-friendly community surrounded by mountains and full of wildlife. The blogs I write talk about our experiences with the GFCF diet and with autism.
