Introduction	I am a stay at home mother of two gorgeous children. My eldest child (George) is anaphylactic to dairy products, which means if he eats or even touches dairy (or anything that has been touched by someone who has touched anything with dairy in it,) he can get very sick, very quickly. It was a very tough learning curve at the beginning, but now, 7 years in, we cope very well with it. Cooking from scratch is essential, and most processed foods are a no-no, but we have come up with modified versions of most of the foods other 7 year olds know and love. I am happy to share my knowledge, and love of cooking with other people who may need some guidance navigating the minefield that is food allergies :)
