| Introduction | I am a wife, mom, daughter, sister and friend. I am the proud mom of Grace, age 19, and Zach, age 16. Being a Mom is the hardest job that I've ever had but also the most rewarding. Both Grace and Zach bring so much joy, love and laughter to my life. My husband, Dave, retired from the USMC in 2013 and we moved from Camp Lejeune, NC to Madison, AL to be closer to my family. He is now a Logistics Specialist with a brand new company in Madison. I went back to work full time just a little over two years ago after being a stay at home mom for 17 years! On a lighter note, I love sushi, Mexican food, wine, beer and a good mojito! I love reading, shopping and spending time with friends and family! I blogged for many years until life just got in the way. I'm starting back to have a record of all the little things and the big things that happen in our daily lives so that our kids will have these memories recorded to come back to one day. I am also striving to Do Better and Be Better in this crazy world we live in. |
