| Introduction | Robert Cortlandt - Director of Photography and Engagement. Focused on developing the documentary form for education and social change, Robert's work has received several awards and has been shown in galleries both in the US and Internationally. His documentary images and films address topics ranging from Alzheimer’s and Aging, to Rites, Rituals and Spirituality. He continues to be a primary contributor to community-outreach videos including roles as Director and Editor on films focused on teen suicide prevention. Additionally, his images have been used to highlight and educate topics of human trafficking and child labor. Robert is a passionate contributor to projects addressing the underserved and underrepresented communities. Formerly a Human Resources Executive with both Apple and Gap, Robert brings a tremendous amount of experience to the project. He holds a BFA in Photography from SFAI and was recently selected to have his work shown in the San Francisco Arts Commission Gallery.
