| Introduction | My name is Anita Molina. This is about my journey of exploring life to right here. I am a woman of many roles. The most important of these roles are mother to my beautiful little girls, and soul mate to my man. I am also a writer, a dreamer, a professional working mom, a commuter cyclist, a MPA, a nature lover, and a starwars fan. I learned I was pregnant at 28, at which point my life was immediately thrown from the well-planned route which I carefully traveled toward my path of perceived success. Today, my life is nothing like I imagined. I began to write about it here as a way to record the struggles of my pregnancy, and now use it as a medium for documenting memories in my life that I don’t want to forget, perhaps preserving them for my children. One day, I have the hope of writing a memoir about these discoveries. |
| Favorite Movies | A little about me: I am strong (I delivered my beautiful daughter EJ without any pain medication) and I am feisty (with a quick tongue that can spit jive like you’ve never heard.) I am also fiercely loyal and eternally optimistic. I give the benefit of the doubt always, and try to find the good in every soul I meet. I cry regularly, and laugh even more often. I had a tough childhood, which has left me with deep scars, a deep craving for stability and deep passions. Today, home is Northern Virginia, although home in my heart will always be Summit County, Colorado. For those of you here with me, welcome to my journey, and I hope you find enjoy the ride as I continue to live and discover the beauties and struggles of my life. |
