|Introduction||My name is Emily and I am a twenty-two year old, artist and avid daydreamer. This blog is a place where I try to document, as best I can, the things I love, sketch, sew, bake, eat, do, see... I was born in Sydney Australia and spent my childhood happily discovering the city and the bush. In May 2011, I moved to France with my husband to live and work for two years in arts and production. I am passionate about my faith in Jesus, living creatively, slowing down, contemplating. I am happy when I am under tall trees, learning arabic, having intense conversations with friends, eating in the bathtub, reading poetry, baking, listening to buzzing cicadas or an old man with an accordion.|

If your whole body were a hot air balloon, would you stop eating spicy food?
Of course not - spicy food is delicious - I'd just fly off into the stars...
