Introduction I graduated from Kamehameha Schools Maui Campus in 2006 and am currently a full-time, Master of Public Administration graduate student at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. I plan to enter law school next year with a focus on public interest and native rights law. I have recently finished my term as the Student Body President of the Associated Students of the University of Hawai‘i. Currently, I am dabbling in the private sector as a sales person in Honolulu to gain the business experience of downtown. I am also a co-founding executive for the Roots Rhythm Foundation 501c(3), a not-profit-organization currently dedicated to creating and enhancing music programs in Hawaii’s public elementary schools. In my spare time, I enjoy playing unorganized sports, surfing, running, and hanging out with interesting, real people. Playing music is my first and foremost passion.
Interests I am as adaptable as Darwin’s finches, yet grounded in my own values and self. I am as skeptical as a word processor’s grammar-check feature, yet rooted in a belief of innate altruism. I am as driven as an 80’s lorry, yet remain faithful to my family and culture first. …or at least this is what I aspire to be as a lawyer and public servant..
