Introduction	We run a small family farm out of our 1830's farm house with the Engels' and Hunter's. We care for all the animals ourselves and love it! The Engels manage the farm, care for animals and manage the finances with help from Jay the "alpaca accountant"! He recently opened Engels Certified Public Accounting out of the farm in order to meet the needs of other alpaca farmers, individuals and non-profit business'. Mal refurbished the 1830's blacksmith shop on the farm for the gift shop, Ellie specializes in one of a kind felted alpaca hats (see our website!)and a few other relatives and friends do some of the knitting as well. Carol does the research and attends conferences at Cornell etc. regarding alpacas. Tyler and Ashley help with chores, Open houses as well as the Ithaca Farmers Market (Oct-Dec). We work together to provide the total alpaca package at our farm. Visit our site AND the farm!
Interests	Alpacas, alpaca fiber arts, felted alpaca, raising alpacas, breeding and selling of affordable alpacas. Knitting and felting alpaca fiber, selling alpaca items from our alpaca farm store...like one of the favorites, alpaca socks!
Favorite Music	Barn jobs music on our ipods, heavy metal, rock, motown, country, American Idol downloads and inspirational!
Favorite Books	Not much time to read but alpaca stuff, accounting literature and educational materials. Alpaca research!
