About Me

As Owner of Eats of Eden, Ltd. Co., I have been practicing the Raw and Living Foods Lifestyle for over six years. I sought alternative methods of nutrition and healing after being faced with breast cancer for the third time in 13 years. I attended the "Living Foods Institute" in Atlanta, Georgia to become educated in the Ann Wigmore program of Healing Foods and the experience of meeting and living with other people that have chosen to make this lifestyle change. After realizing many benefits from this choice in eating, I decided to start Eats of Eden as a consulting, teaching and retail business. I am currently attending Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition as an online student with the goal to add the title of Nutritional Educator to my resume by May 2009 I am happy to spread the word about the healing qualities and great taste sensations that are all part of choosing this healthier approach to life.
