| Introduction | AS AN ARTIST- I am a surrealist painter who create pieces to have subliminal messages for the viewer to discover. The intent is to make messages memorable and deeply appreciated. I exploit art as being an expression, a stimulant and an instrument of shock to provoke minds to seek enlightenment. For me, art is a playground for the imaginative mind who wants to make sense of reality. AS A CHESS PLAYER- I became the Chess Club Champion of Albury Chess Club in 2005 and defended the title for 3 consecutive years before I went back to Melbourne. Currently, because of my career, I barely have the time to play regular tournaments but I make up for the lost opportunity by playing instead turn-key games over the internet. As to date, my elo rating at chess.com stands at 2100+ and currently experimenting and fortifying (for a repertoire ebook) the Hyper Accelerated Dragon, Nimzo and Bogo as Black. As White it’s the English g3 System. AS AN ENGINEER- I finished my Mechanical Engineering degree at Mapua Institute of Technology in Manila City, Philippines. I have worked with The Coca-Cola Export Corp and Intel Technologies. I now work at Bradken, an Australian steel manufacturing company. |
