- where I learned a great deal about politics and our system of government. I left to work at United Press International before relocating to New York City in the 90s to work in magazine publishing and marketing. I am now in LA where I work in media/Internet publishing and commercial real estate. I volunteer my time to blog because I'm passionate about progressive politics in America. I'm passionate about the truth
- and fighting corporate special interests
- especially the lying liars that try to deceive the American people. Comments on Our Rants & Raves are moderated because I grew tired of the talking points and lies being parroted by readers who fail to fact check. The blog is mostly my opinion of course
- but it is derived from a serious appreciation for journalistic integrity. I take facts very seriously
