| Introduction | I'm an Air Force Brat, born at Keesler AFB not long before "the big one" wiped it off the map. I've lived allot of places both as a child and an adult. Beginning as a teen I struggled with Clinical Depression and Social Panic Disorder as well as dysfunctional eating. Five years ago, I was also diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and it's sister, Fibromyalgia. A year and a half ago, I began the journey to health and wellness that has completely changed my life. |
