I started this blog as an outlet for writing and to act as a go-between for those too busy to do the hunting for themselves, those who just need a little help making decisions about gifts, and those who just like a fun, cheeky read. Professionally, I've worked in the film and television business since 1990, usually as one of those job titles you see in the credits and wonder what in the world it means. Most fun jobs: The Arsenio Hall Show - especially while the musical guest was rehearsing - nothing quite like a private concert with Sting, right?! Cheers was also a lot of fun. My most challenging jobs in the industry were as a personal assistant. Some were great, others were "challenging," and all shall remain nameless, due to discretion and very thick contractual agreements.
