You've successfully slain the dragon! How will you toast your marshmallows?
Low and slow is the key to success! I like my marshmallows a nice golden brown. To roast them to perfection, find a spot low to the ground near the edge of the fire where there are mostly glowing coals - you don't want flames. Keep the marshmallow several inches from the heat and continually rotate the stick. Don't forget to angle your stick so you brown the top a bit too!
