About Me
During my lifetime, I wrote three major poems: The Georgics, the Eclogues, and the Aeneid. The Georgics and the Eclogues were pastorals, or, as as some folks would call them, "poems about cows." (I call them "poemae bovium pecorumque," but that's a whole other story.) Of course the Aeneid is an epic poem on par with the the Iliad/Odyssey and the Divine Comedy. I'm still a little annoyed that it wasn't burned after my death, as I instructed in my will, but I suppose I'll get over it by reviewing others' work!
