| Introduction | I am 24 and live in Belfast, Northern Ireland with my partner of two and a half years (who I will refer to as T.C). I am in domestic bliss with T.C and sickeningly loved up. My career isn't so happy and at the moment I am simply working to earn money. I began an English degree but didn't finish due to some health problems and a subsequent diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder. Although I am well looked after medically and extremely lucky to have a strong support network, it is something that does affect my life. One thing I will explain about me is that for someone with Bipolar, I am not a person of extremes.. I have always been very laid back, calm and easy going (even when I am manic!) so my symptoms are very personal to me and most of the time (apart from to those who know me), pretty subtle. I am an active person- although I do have to try at that! I love music and film, am a book-oholic and fancy myself as a bit of an amateur chef. I look forward to meeting all you fellow bloggers! |
