| Introduction | I was born in Columbus, but moved to Akron for a job. I was at the Beacon Journal for a looonnng time before returning to Columbus for family reasons. The last three years of my newspaper career in Akron included writing a weekly food column called Recipe Roundup. I have way too many cookbooks, and this blog should help me put them to use. At least that's what I tell my husband. |

I also have a small collection of dance movies that includes Billy Elliott, Shall We Dance? and Save the Last Dance. |
