| Introduction | While growing up on a farm in a small town, I developed a love of farm life and all of its bountiful benefits. Fresh foods, home-cooking and close community relationships are the passions of my life.
Most weekends, you will find me somewhere in the community pursuing one of those interests. I have visited nearly every Orchard, Farmer’s Market, and, farm within 50 miles of my home. Collecting recipes is another passion on mine.
Through message groups, blogs, and chat groups, I now have "Country Friends" all across America. We all have one thing in common. The love of cooking great food, especially one of the most delicious and versatile foods in the world – the awesome sweet potato.
