Introduction As head of Peirce’s American Bar Association-approved associate, bachelor’s and post-bachelor certificate programs in Paralegal Studies, my responsibilities include program initiatives development and implementation; curriculum development and review; outcomes and assessment; quality assurance; and faculty development. I also serve as chair for the program advisory committee comprised of legal practitioners (paralegals and attorneys), employers, recruiters, administrators, program graduates, current students, faculty and community members. I oversee professional association networking and community involvement for the Legal Studies area, and along with my staff, am responsible for maintaining ABA compliance guidelines and reporting procedures. I hold a Juris Doctor degree from the Villanova University School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree from the School of Communications and Theatre at Temple University. I was admitted for practice by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. I am active with the American Association for Paralegal Education; the Philadelphia Bar Association; and various paralegal associations. I’ve also been an active member of the Main Line YMCA for over 20 years.
