| Introduction | I am the author of Hungry Halloween featuring Movie Monster Munchies, Bewitched Buffet, and Dead Man's Diner and am so excited to share my imaginative recipes and party planning ideas with you. I have worked as a chocolatier and event planner for over 20 years and have owned and operated BJaiz Yum Yum Shoppe in Louisville, Kentucky and Candy Garden Handmade Chocolates in Dayton, Ohio. I am passionate about creating themed cuisine for holidays and special occasions, especially for Halloween. Along with my husband, Jim, I have hosted over a dozen Halloween parties for hundreds of guests and have spent countless hours creating recipes and decorations for each event. Those ideas fill the pages of my cookbook, Hungry Halloween, which is available on Amazon.com. I also love to teach the art of chocolate making and baking and have taught well over 1000 students.
