| Introduction | I've been married to a great guy for 26 years. We are the "poster children" for the idea that "opposites attract," but in our own way, we work! We have two terrific grown kids and the world's best son- and daughter-in-law, and a sweet grandson. I have this bug to communicate, and it finds its way out in personal histories I've published, emails I've proliferated, and greetings cards I've procrastinated submitting to card publishers. |

| Favorite Books | "Christy" by Catherine Marshall. I re-read it about once every 7 or 8 years. (By then I forget the details and am surprised all over again!) My fav kid's book is "Hand, Hand, Fingers, Thumb" by Al Perkins (it's a Dr. Seuss series book.) Oh--wait. My REALLY favorite book is the Bible!!! It's food for today and directions for Eternity. |
You forgot your mom's birthday! What can you make out of super glue and olive pits?
I don't know about the birds' nests, but when I was in jr. high school we had an electronic Singer sewing machine that somehow picked up a country radio station. Singer said it was impossible because there was no speaker. Evidently the sewing machine didn't know that, because we could hear it!
