When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?
Quite the contrary! If one hesitates to hit the snooze, one is mentally taking note of their agenda for the day to determine whether or not they can spare a few extra minutes to rejuvenate the mind and body before hitting that snooze button! That is a LOT of brain power being used before one's feet hit the floor!
