| Introduction | My name is Marsha, and Edna Purviance has inspired me to write this blog. More about her later. Actually, it is Edna's website creator, Linda, who inspired me. I always thought I was alone in my admiration for Edna. Via the internet, a world of admirers have found Linda's labor of love. My other inspiration is the wonderful Norma Desmond of "Sunset Boulevard." She is more misunderstood than mad and I adore that she breathes for us wonderful people out there in the dark! I hope some other movie lovers - wherever you may be - will enjoy my thoughts. I'm always open to suggestions for future topics at Flickchick on Facebook or email me at FlickChick1953@aol.com. |
