| Introduction | I am now officially a mid-twenties crisis product of the golden age of processed foods. A life-long progressive struggle with sundry health problems finally wised me up to nutrition exercise and Google (searching symptoms is actually very insightful). In the end, I was diagnosed "celiac/gluten intolerant" and lactose (and casein) intolerant alongside the joys of my familial sugar/diabetic complications. Seriously, there's little more to be said than it is not necessary to watch my paternal relatives lose toes, vision, and life to preventable/naturally improvable lifestyle diseases like diabetes and heart disease. |
