Introduction After my weight loss surgery in October, I finally realized how important food is to my body and how much crap is in the SAD. Now I make a conscious effort to put healthy food into my body, consisting mostly of veggies, fruit, nuts, seeds, seafood and meat alternative products. I stay away from refined sugar, most flours, pasta, rice and processed crap full of artificial flavors and preservatives. Now instead of craving Taco Bell, I crave flavorful, healthy, homemade meals made by me. Follow along on this journey as I continue to learn and experiment with food!
