| Introduction | For the past 35 years I’ve been teaching classical life drawing, animal drawing and storyboarding at Disney Feature Animation, Disney Television Animation, Sony Imageworks, DreamWorks, Rhythm and Hues, Disney Consumer Products, Nickelodeon, and Warner Brothers. In earlier days I worked story/character development for Sid and Marty Krofft on such tv shows as H.R. Puffn'stuff. I’ve storyboarded for Coca Cola, Saban and Fox Entertainment's Peter Pan and the Pirates. I’ve also worked on story development at Disney Television Animation and storyboarded on Gargoyles, Aladdin, Darkwing Duck, Little Mermaid and a few Direct-to-video Features. At Sony I developed the character expressions and anatomical breakdowns for Stuart Little. Other Sony projects include Hollow Man, I Am Legend, Watchmen, and Harry Potter. In addition to the studio work I currently teach public non-profit classes and seminars at American Animation Institute (AAI) in North Hollywood, CA. |
