Introduction I love journalism. I love food. Why not become an expert in the latter and marry the two? That was my philosophy. In July 2010, I left my full-time job as a fashion magazine editor to pursue my love of food. I enrolled in culinary school and spent a grueling six months training to become a chef. My hope was that I'd heighten my culinary knowledge and people would want to hire me. The plan worked, and I'm loving my career as a food editor. The learning process is not coming to an end, though; I still have a lot to discover. Come join me on my journey and see where it takes me.
