| Introduction | I am 18 and extremely passionate about cooking and eating, and anything that goes with it. Reading about food, discovering new recipes, researching and purchasing ingredients and talking to fellow enthusiasts are among my favourite activities. I realized at the early age of 15 that food is one of the few things in life that interests me. From then onwards I have actively participated in my home kitchen.
