Introduction	I am Paul Kandavalli. I am working in the area of Information Technology Management for more than 15 years. I have two Master’s degrees one in Computer Science and the other in Computer Applications. I like to lead intentionally, add value to people and be a source of encouragement to everyone that I come across. I am eager to learn from various experiences in life. I like to read, write, speak, train, encourage, mentor. I like music and can play Harmonica, Guitar and Keyboards. I also like to write about my personal experiences and thoughts as I come across them in my life. We have to always remember that life is a journey and each of us have to go through our unique experiences and enjoy the journey while we are getting there.
