About Me

I am a thirty something wife and am happily married to a wonderful man! We have two beautiful children. I am a firm believer in understanding our heritage and passing on gifts and talents that have been gained by our ancestors. I have been blessed with family members that have been so willing and eager to pass on their talents and in turn I always have far more ideas than projects in the works. Both of my grandmothers and my aunt are passionate crafters and my mother and great-grandmother were as well. I have learned so much from them and I thoroughly enjoy passing that knowledge on to my children. I hope to share the overwhelming joy of creating a handmade item while understanding it's roots. I will be completing my Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management in the coming months and also love to share my love of crafting with other women in many different forums. God has put a calling on my heart to strive to know and understand the Proverbs 31 woman. I work daily at becoming a more capable and virtuous woman of God. God has truly blessed our family and we are so thankful for the many opportunities that he has presented us with.
