| Introduction | Hello! I'm Lane, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker living and working in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. I have the MN Board of Social Work required 30 hours of training to offer clinical supervision to others working towards their LICSW's. My areas of experience are in crisis mental health, adult protection, domestic violence, chemical health, differential diagnosis, youth, family, safety, risk, liability, clinical documentation, research, evidence based practice and community resources. My ongoing areas of interest are trauma, neuroscience, integrated mind / body healing, social justice, accessibility, equality, cultural competency and advocating for the needs of clients as well as newer social workers. I've presented at the NASW-MN conference on the topic of risk, liability and documentation. I'm passionate about training on these topics in social work class rooms as well as non profit and government agencies. I currently have openings for individual supervision.
