| Introduction | I am influenced by many artists from all disciplines and historical periods of the arts. I have supported myself all my life as an artist and a teacher, depending on an income like many artists before me: painting portraits, working for publishers, and designing trompel’oeil murals. I accept commissions from anywhere in the world for portraits (animals too), and special effects trompel’oeil canvases - particularly fake windows and wall recesses containing either landscapes or objects of interest. For example: precious antique artefacts, sculptures by famous artists, or designs reflecting the nature of businesses for their boardrooms. See my web-site for samples. In 2006, I decided to go back to art school to study sculpture and to devote as much energy as possible to my deep interest in contemporary art. |
