Introduction I'm from Colorado and originally started this blog while working as a Peace Corps volunteer in Mongolia. It has chronicled my work with the Peace Corps as well as my work and travels in Southeast Asia and adjusting to life in the U.S. after two and a half years abroad, and occasional work related and political rants. I'm currently pursuing my Masters in Global Affairs with a concentration on Peacebuilding at New York University and spending the summer working as a Peace Fellow for the Advocacy Project in Sonargaon, Bangladesh. I write about my experiences, traveling, people, and occasionally politics and world events. I spend a lot of time trying to balance my idealism with my cynicism, I love to laugh and I love making others laugh, I love traveling, taking pictures, meeting new people and sharing new experiences and I'm a firm believer in being excellent to each other.**The views expressed on this blog are strictly my own and do not reflect any official views or positions of the Peace Corps or any other organization I've worked for/with. Thanks for reading, I hope you enjoy this!
