Introduction	I'm gluten-free and corn-free. I started this blog when I was trying to lose a few pounds in a healthy way. I did a good job of being healthy and despite my doctor telling me that I should expect to have a very hard time getting pregnant (celiac can cause major infertility), I am pregnant and due the first week of June! Now I'm trying new recipes with the intent of feeding my baby and me well as well as my husband.
