| Introduction | Blogging is the new black. Or at least that's what the forces that be will tell you! So, I guess this is the section where I spill my inner most thoughts. Instead, I've opted to take a moment to babble about myself. By this time, you've either stopped reading or you actually think that what I'll say may be interesting. I'll try to come through for those of you who fall into the latter category! :) I'm a newly turned 26'er who is passionate about music. I mean, I must be... right? Being that I announced it as if it were part of my name... Anyway, I work in publicity @ Capitol Records and I'm the co-CEO of my baby, C-Ya Public Relations. We pretentiously refer to ourselves as, “The New Face of PR” b/c we’re anti-corps who do things a bit differently than the norm. If you take a look at the industry, you'll see that, that's a good thing. As to why I'm blogging, I'll most likely use this space to share music with you that I think is hot... The industry is in shambles for a reason. Lets see if we can change it... one artist at a time. |
