| Introduction | I live in the Switzerland although I was born and grew up in England. The beauty of nature resonates very deeply within me. Each season has its own particular atmosphere and charm. Nature is my teacher and helps me reconnect with who I really am. It brings me into awareness of the essential. Why don’t you join me on my journey into the beautiful realm of the trees and the flowers, listen to the chorus of birds as we near a forest and many other wondrous things that are part of the world in which we live.
