| Introduction | Hello, my name is Beth Norris and I am the Automation Services Librarian at Chinook Arch Regional Library System. A former resident of both Alberta and Lethbridge, my professional background includes working for internet-based companies, digitization labs, and academic and public libraries. Before coming to Chinook Arch, I was the Digital Cultural Media Coordinator at Oakville Public Library in Ontario.
