| Introduction | Chi Omega is one of the oldest sororities on Southern Miss's campus, chartered in 1949. Since its founding, Chi Omega has been known as one of the most respected organizations on campus. It has earned this title through the unyielding love and devotion of its members in all that they do, whether it be scholarship, community service, sisterhood, working earnestly, and campus involvement to name a few. Our chapter has been recognized on campus, in the Hattiesburg community, and nationally for its excellence and high standards of personnel, and it continues on to this day through the help of alumni and active members.Chi Omega offers to its members the opportunity to shape themselves into valued women while gaining friends and memories that will last a lifetime. The backbone of Chi Omega is the purposes that it was founded upon, and by striving to uphold these purposes, the Epsilon Delta Chapter of Chi Omega has continued into the future with integrity and accomplishment. |
