| 紹介 | I believe food should be simple, local and seasonal. There is nothing more satisfying than being able to say everything on our plate came from our garden or a farmer or food artisan in our city. I am a mom who loves to cook (and eat!), garden, explore the outdoors, travel and play with photography. I am not an expert in any of these areas, but they bring great joy to my life. I believe that food is medicine. Our family eats a diet of fresh, local or homegrown fruits and vegetables. We occasionally have humanely raised grass-fed beef, poultry, venison and pork as well sustainable seafood. With the help of our naturopathic doctor we identified several food intolerances in our family. Changing our diet meant being able to take our 3 year old off daily asthma medicine, having fewer seasonal allergy symptoms, eliminating migraines and restoring overall health. |
