Introduction	President of Language Solutions Inc., an International business consulting and professional language translation firm. Our primary verticals are HR (Internal and External Employee Communications), healthcare and marketing. We also have a separate Health Literacy Division. We help organizations who are implementing a strategy with global communications with a process measurement system we developed for clients and for our industry. Our Global Communication Audit tool is a free tool developed for organizations to do a self assessment. Internally, we are students of Baldrige criteria for Performance Excellence and work with Missouri Quality Examiners to perfect our process measurements, metrics and internal KPIs to hring to organizations on the global path. I am also a certified Examiner for MQA (Missouri Quality Award)
